Hello friends, it's been quite a while since I updated this site. The past months have brought significant change in our lives and I felt it was time to reflect that in these pages. Not long ago Christy and I left our home in the Southwest and moved to the Eastern Shore of Maryland. As much as we loved our many years in New Mexico we couldn't deny a certain restlessness and desire to move in closer proximity to our families. Being primarily a landscape painter, it is an exciting challenge to embrace a new environment and allow myself the freedom to experiment with new techniques and styles. That said, these adjustments take time and I'll be using this site to chronicle my exploration into a region that is at once both reminiscent yet so completely different from my former home. On this site I've begun to assemble some recent work as well as pared down my southwestern collection to those remaining available pieces. Like my current artistic endeavors this site will be evolving; a work in progress. I invite you to return and join me on the various paths (as well as some of the dead ends) that I'll be traveling along in this new chapter of our lives.
